Cyan, Inc. retained Chris Green, FAIA to design this corporate office building to house the business and creative group that was responsible for the award winning computer games MYST and Riven, and now OBDUCTION.
This load bearing masonry structure won First Place by the National Masonry Contractors Association for small commercial office buildings, featuring brick, split face concrete block and unique detailing integrating masonry and steel.

The building is entered by bridges on the main level and is sited to evoke the image of a building in a moat similar to images found in their computer art. The interiors of the building featured custom detailing of lighting, interior materials and space layouts for both business and creative functions. Included in the plan is a sound studio to accommodate the development of the soundtracks for their game platforms.
